Darke Engineering has completed a Pre-Heat Upgrade project at Leyland Way near Preston, UK.
The upgrade included:
- Removal of existing water bath heaters (including WBH fluid)
- Removal of associated inlet and outlet pipework
- Installation of new Heat Exchangers
- Installation of new associated inlet and outlet HP pipework including valves
- Installation of new boiler house
- Removal of water bath heater’s concrete bases
- Installation of new Heat Exchanger concrete base
- New Boiler House base
- Excavation work for new buried HP pipework
- New E&I ducting route
- New paving and footpath
