Darke Engineering Ltd were contracted by Greystar UK Ltd to expose possible corrosion features on an 8” diameter steel pipeline and carry out a repair using the WrapMaster system.
The Pipeline is a fuel supply line into a RWE npower station in Bedfordshire. An external defect was discovered during the routine intelligent pig run. By using the WrapMaster system, the customer was able to maintain the product flow whilst the repairs were carried out.
